​Jacob Goetze received his bachelors degree in Business Administration from North Greenville University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he also played college baseball. Jacob is originally from Rolesville, North Carolina, and currently lives in Wake Forest with his wife, Lauren, and his four boys; Logan, Tanner, Jaxon, and Gunner. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing softball, working on house projects, and spending time with his family. Jacob previously worked at BB&T as a Credit Risk Officer before starting 3C Cabinetry.
​Jeremy Dimmitt
GENERAL MANAGER

Jeremy brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, and excellent customer service to our incredible team. He is married to his beautiful wife, Beth for 26 years and they have 3 children, Alexa, Eli and Bradley. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys reading theology, philosophy, Sci-Fi novels.
Shawn Thomas
SERVICE MANAGER

Shawn is the towering force behind smooth operations at 3C Cabinetry—quite literally. As the service manager, his large-and-in-charge stature is matched only by his ability to tackle any challenge with calm confidence and a perfectly timed joke. Whether he’s coordinating crews or solving on-site mysteries, Shawn keeps projects (and people) standing tall. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him camping under the stars, tending to his beloved chickens, or spending quality time with his family. ​
Justin Frazier
SCHEDULING MANAGER

Even though they have the same last name, Justin and LaMont are not brothers in spite of their resemblance. He and his wife Saddy have 6 children. Logistics is child's play to him, because no work challenge can hold a candle to the chaos at home. When not working Justin enjoys spending time with his family. ​
Tim O'Brien
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Tim is our charismatic warehouse manager who can charm a leprechaun out of its pot of gold. With his green thumbs (and we don't just mean shamrocks), he magically transforms our warehouse into an organized oasis. When Tim isn't busy juggling boxes or dancing a traditional Irish jig down the aisles, you can find him spreading laughter and good cheer among the team.

ACCOUNTING / BOOKKEEPING

For over 20 years, Sandra has worked for builders in the Raleigh area gaining her experience in the bookkeeping/accounting industry. She has great organizational skills and is a valuable asset to 3C Cabinetry. In her free time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her grandson, Brayden, is her pride and joy.
Kim Lowrey

Kim is an excellent kitchen designer and is one of the best customer service focused people we know. Her knowledge of the cabinet industry and process is a great asset to 3C Cabinetry. She manages our Southern Pines location.
Matthew Angle
SENIOR DESIGN SPECIALIST

Formally educated in the carpentry and cabinetmaking trades, Matthew has over 40 years' experience in all aspects of the trade. He has been designing custom kitchens and baths for the last 30 years and continues to share his talents with us here at 3C Cabinetry. He takes pride in everything he does and is a master at evaluating options to help create the best solutions. His motto is, "Opportunities don't happen, you create them." He enjoys the outdoors, woodworking and spending quality time with his wife Nina.
Erin Baldwin
ACCOUNT MANAGER / DESIGNER

Along with her bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Erin has a natural eye for style and coordination, and always seeks to meet the personal needs and desires of each client. She is very intuitive and willing to listen to wants and concerns. She expresses her own insights with tact, poise and grace. Erin has a unique way of seeing obstacles in a new light which often result in a seamless resolution on any design challenge. She has the ability to educate clients on the details necessary to personalize their space. ​
Amanda Breakey

Whether it is a new build or an old renovation, Amanda loves working through the design process and building relationships. Amanda has her Associates degree in Interior design and 15 years of experience in the industry working with builders and homeowners. Her passion and knowledge for design gives her clients the confidence to create the spaces they've always dreamed of. In her free time, Amanda loves being outdoors and spending time with family. 
Kyra Curran

Kyra is a seasoned kitchen designer with 18 years of experience creating spaces that blend beauty, comfort, and everyday practicality. She is passionate about helping clients bring their visions to life—transforming kitchens into uniquely personal and functional environments that feel as good as they look. Known for her warm approach and keen design eye, Kyra guides homeowners through every step of the process with creativity and care. When she’s not sketching layouts or selecting finishes, Kyra enjoys relaxing with friends and spending quality time with her beloved cats. 
Josh Ekstrom

Josh brings fun and wit to his clients to help them navigate the challenges of designing a fabulous kitchen. His expertise in design helps bring his clients dreams to reality. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and panning for gold in the Uwharrie mountains.
Griffin Lisle

​With a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University, Griffin began his professional career with a year in sales in New York City before discovering his passion for the craft of fine woodworking. He got his start in cabinetry at a local custom millwork shop in Wilmington, NC, where hands-on experience and a collaborative environment shaped his approach to design and craftsmanship. Over the past six years, he has specialized in custom cabinetry design, combining technical precision with creative problem-solving to deliver thoughtful, functional, and beautifully tailored solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
Marcello Melendez

For years, Marcello has been wowing his clients with beautiful and functional designs taking special care to cater to their unique needs and wants. In his free time he loves cooking the most amazing meals for his family. When not cooking himself, this home cook enjoys finding unique places to eat. 
LaMont Fraizer
ACCOUNT MANAGER / DESIGNER

LaMont's designs are a slam dunk!! He takes time to find out what his clients want and then executes their game plan. His passion is coaching basketball for a local high school as well as for a travel league team, the NC Gaters East Basketball Club. He not only enjoys helping youth excel on the court, but also off the court. He does this primarily through his foundation, The Frazier Foundation.

Matt is our bearded designer extraordinaire! He has a knack for solving clients problems and a beard that's earned its own fan club! With his meticulous expertise and attention to detail, Matt provides a remarkable experience to our clients. So when we need a problem-solving, beard-stroking designer, Matt's our guy. Don't let his rough exterior fool you, when not working, you can find Matt enjoying quality time with his loving wife, Sarah, and adorable baby girl, Layla. 
Scott Overby

Scott grew up in Raleigh and has experience with many types of construction. He enjoys the satisfaction of taking jobs all the way from install to completion. He and his wife Ali spend most of their time with their five year old daughter. Scott enjoys hockey, cooking and spending time with family.

Patrick has a knack for turning chaos into order faster than you can say, "Top of the morning!" With Irish charm that can sweeten any scenario, he expertly communicates and keeps projects on track like a well timed jig at an Irish wedding. When he's not busy ensuring projects exceed our customers' expectations, you won't find him at the end of the rainbow, but you will find him enjoying his interests like, photography and theology.

Ronald has over 15 years of carpentry experience. He prides himself on his exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. He works hard to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied. When Ronald is not working he enjoys playing golf, baseball, fishing and coaching his son Carter's rec league baseball team. He also loves working on home projects with his wife Kaitlynn and spending time playing with his little princess Rosalie.

Joe Ledford is a Western NC native who brings t​o our team 25 years of experience with the precision of a master carpenter and the creativity of a rockstar. With an eye for detail sharper than a guitar pick, Joe strums the perfect balance between customer service and cabinetry know-how. When he's not busy making your dream kitchen sing, you can find him jamming with the Local Vocals Karaoke Band, proving that while he may be a master of cabinetry, he also knows how to hit all the right notes.  ​
Derrick Walker
LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Construction is always full of surprises but Derrick is calm and collected no matter the situation. Derrick is vital in meeting client's many expectations and following up to ensure that each project has everything it needs. He is the proud father of his son Luke and enjoys coaching his son's baseball and football teams. He also loves spending time outdoors with friends. Derrick is passionate about his work and dedicated to helping others succeed.

Though they may be small, the Goetze Boys have big hearts and even bigger potential - proving that hard work is best learned when you're young. These pint-sized powerhouses are responsible for keeping things tidy - whether it's picking up stray sticks, spreading pine straw, or making sure the trash doesn't wander off. They love playing outside, swinging for the fences in baseball, and, of course, spending time with Dad at the office (where snack breaks are practically a job requirement). They may be learning the ropes of business, but one thing's for sure - these minions are already a key part of the 3C team.
