The Service Technician is responsible for completing service work and quality assurance on all 3C projects. The Service Technician will help ensure that each project delivers on our commitments to our builders and their clients while fulfilling our values.

Responsibilities:
- Remain professional in all client interactions maintaining our high standards of excellence.
- Assist with quality assurance walks to ensure that cabinet installers have met 3C standards.
- Review quality walks with installers providing feedback and holding them accountable.
- Assist designers on occasion for practical solutions for special customer requests.
- Help diagnose and create a plan of action to handle projects that do not meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with the service manager and project specialist on completing punch items in a timely manner.
- Perform on-site repairs, modifications, replacements or adjustments on cabinets as needed. This will include at times installing cabinets for job completion in order to meet client expectations and timelines.
- Work efficiently with other service technicians and/or installers to complete projects in a timely manner.
- On occasion some work may fall outside normal job responsibilities, at such times one must work as instructed by management.
- Document and communicate accordingly all service work and quality assurance walks using technology provided.
- Maintain and service vehicles as needed and report any maintenance concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Keep vehicle stocked with necessary materials to complete a variety of service calls.
- Follow safety standards procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
