Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential customers, presenting our cabinet products and services in a compelling manner.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product line, ensuring accurate and effective communication with prospects.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions to build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Log all call activities, including notes and relevant details, into HubSpot accurately and timely.
- Use HubSpot tasks to follow up with prospects as needed, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing additional information or assistance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential leads and opportunities for conversion.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to showcase our cabinet products and services or request to have prospects send us PDF plans to quote.
- Attend industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our company's offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Knowledge of cabinetry, construction materials, and interior design concepts is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
