The Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of all assigned projects from post installation to successful completion. The Project Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact with clients, managing expectations and timelines. The Project Specialist will work closely with designers, installers, and other professionals to ensure that each project delivers on our commitments to our builders and their clients while fulfilling our values.

The Project Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact with clients, managing expectations and timelines. The Project Specialist will work closely with designers, installers, and other professionals to ensure that each project delivers on our commitments to our builders and their clients while fulfilling our values.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project expectations and timelines by being proactive in communication with each client.
- Complete quality assurance walks to ensure that cabinet installers have met 3C standards.
- Review quality walks with installers, providing feedback and holding them accountable.
- Monitor progress of specified projects regularly and report any necessary changes, delays or challenges to clients.
- Facilitate communication between the service team and client to ensure that each project gets finished quickly.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to designer and service team.
- Communicate with the service team and track projects through our CRM, Buildertrend.
- Make project visits to follow up on installation status and meet with builders as necessary.
- Create a punch list and order materials in order to complete projects.
- Gather, stage and/or schedule delivery of materials necessary for service team to complete punch.
- Assist in resolving client issues and complaints.
- Ensure each client is satisfied with their project outcome.
- Write and distribute project documentation to clients and relevant team members.
- Identify and maintain relationships with installers and clients.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to improve processes.
- Have a mentality to do whatever is necessary to make the organization successful.
